Southern Landworks was founded on a simple frustration: most outdoor companies show up with a price before they understand your property. They walk your driveway, look at your yard for five minutes, and hand you a number. The problem? They haven't learned anything about how you use the space, what the soil and drainage conditions are, or whether what they're proposing will actually work.
We built this company around a different approach. Before we say a single word about price, we walk the property with you. We ask questions. We take notes. We look at how water moves, where the shade falls, what's thriving and what isn't. Then we go away, do real research, and come back with a plan that's actually designed for your land.
The company is based in Tallahassee and serves Leon County and surrounding areas. We know this region's clay soils, its summer rainfall patterns, and which plants actually thrive in Zone 8b — and we bring that local knowledge to every single project.
